Waiver

Here you can find the CRO waiver of liability that everyone attending game must complete and sign. To make things easier for us, please print this waiver, fill it out, and bring it to game with you to hand in when you arrive at the camp. We will have printed copies for those that don't bring a printed copy with them, but printing your own beforehand makes the process go much quicker. If you don't fill out a waiver, you can't play. For attendees under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver, so if you fall into this category it is imperative that you get the waiver signed and bring it with you to game.
